How do I claim after purchase?
Open a ticket in the 💸┃purchase-vip channel on our Discord. An admin will guide you through payment and activate your perks in just a few minutes.
Do perks persist across wipes?
Yes — your perks stay active across wipes for the full month from activation. Renew anytime on Discord to keep them going.
Can I upgrade from VIP to VIP+?
Yes — just pay the difference (₹200) during the same wipe and we'll upgrade your role immediately.
Refunds?
Contact an admin on Discord if something went wrong with your purchase. We handle issues case-by-case.
What payment methods?
We accept UPI for local payments and PayPal for international payments. Details are shared when you open a ticket on Discord.
